We are looking for an ambitious Partner Marketer for North America to help design and execute partner campaigns and initiatives to expand our partner ecosystem and generate leads. The ideal candidate is familiar with tech sales, an excellent communicator, and has a track record of driving marketing success.

Whats In It For You

  • Help create and execute the marketing plan to drive demand within North American partners. Win hearts and minds internally and externally on the path to exceeding business objectives

  • Drive consulting partner co-marketing programs with top strategic alliance partners. Ensure the top partners marketing plans and tactics are delivering on agreed upon business objectives with MuleSoft and Salesforce partner leadership.

  • Support regional org of ~30 Channel managers, helping them hit their SAL and pipe targets through targeted events, at-scale enablement, and regional campaigns

  • Execute joint marketing campaigns and tactics including events, campaigns, and communications.

  • Secure event sponsorships and support the event execution. Ensure that consulting partners secure their event sponsorships and help each partner maximize their presence by strategizing with our sponsorship, campaign and product marketing teams while supporting co-marketing activities at events such as MuleSoft CONNECT

  • Help manage our co-marketing budget to optimize the impact and results across our partners. Gather funding requests, prioritize and follow-through on budget commitments with partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, finance, support, and sales.

  • Work closely with the Salesforce partner marketing team to execute key events and campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B marketing at an enterprise SaaS company

  • Proven track record of delivering results: leads, pipe, ACV, on time and on budget

  • Expertise in speaking the language of both business and technical audiences

  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and senior leadership in a fast paced environment

  • Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success

  • Creative thinker who comes up with innovative solutions to complex problems

  • Experience working with co-marketing or indirect sales models a plus
