T-Mobile is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for designing and managing end-to-end marketing programs for T-Mobile @Work customers.

Bring your talents, energy and experience to help us identify business customer pain points, right the wrongs created by other wireless carriers, and help our business customers to be more successful.

In this role you'll own the innovation, creation, and execution of marketing programs designed to bring even more businesses (and their employee's families) to the Un-carrier.

This isn't a role for a technical program manager, a marketing content developer or a marketing operations specialist.

This role requires elements of all these roles to drive end-to-end program success.

You must be a self-starter, passionate about B2B, and able to think and act independently.While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications: 7+ years overall marketing experience with min 3-5 years in building and managing demand generation/ pipeline development programs in a leading B2B organization, preferably in the wireless or telecom field.5+ years' in Program Management, marketing strategy, or B2B segment marketing.Facility with marketing technology, including significant experience selecting, integrating, and implementing key digital marketing/ sales technologies such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation systems, web analytics, etc.Strong analytical skills, with experience developing business plans and market analytics.

Proven track record collaborating with sales organizations to develop joint strategies for identifying opportunities and developing marketing programs that work.The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Strong analytical capacity and customer-focused thinker.Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills.A creative and forward thinker; entrepreneurial; thrives on innovation and is not afraid to take risks.

Know what the competitors are doing better than they do.

Uncover key insights to identify new ways to disrupt the status quo and demonstrate to customers why T-Mobile is the best choice for businesses, employees, and their families.Strategy.

Develop the business plan and go-to-market strategy to drive share and position T-Mobile as the leading wireless provider for businesses and employees ranging from micro-businesses through Fortune 20 enterprises and public sector organizations.Go-to-Market.

Identify and champion what is needed to operationalize your strategy.

Present crisp, compelling marketing plans to senior leadership.

Identify the sales motions and marketing journeys that bring your strategy to life.

Tools & Capabilities.

Work with our creative teams to develop marketing materials and collateral to drive your message into the marketplace and make our front line sales teams more productive and successful.

Testing and Measurement.

Drive aggressive agenda for experimentation, developing business cases to measure success and unlock additional investment in @Work marketing.

Set up rational measurement plans for your marketing programs to track success and drive learning for future programs.Build Partnerships.

Work with hardware OEMs to create promotions and offers that feature their products and help drive wireless activations.Program Management.

Monitor your marketing programs and identify ways to improve ongoing processes.

Stay tuned in to competitor moves and quickly adjust as necessary.

React quickly to other changes in T-Mobile's business that may impact your programs and stay ahead of the change curve.

At least 18 years of age.
