A Little About Us
The B2B Marketing team is responsible for creating the strategy and execution plan for the marketing of Yahoo's advertising solutions to the advertiser community.  The team develops integrated B2B initiatives to tell Yahoo's story to the market, including outbound messaging, programs and tools to help advertisers and agencies succeed. The Sales Trade Marketing Manager, Branding Solutions will execute marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption and revenue for Yahoo's premium and video ad products, as well as other branding oriented ad solutions.

A Lot About You
The ideal candidate is a strong marketer with an understanding of what brands value, and experience creating collateral and messages that will capture their attention. Since driving revenue is a top priority, the candidate must also have experience collaborating and creating materials for sales. This position partners with product marketing, insights, demand gen and PR to keep Yahoo top of mind for advertisers with branding goals- so creativity, coupled with project management skills are a must. 

Your Day

  •       Drive awareness and demand for our branding solutions, including campaign development, communications/content marketing (website, blog, social, media and industry speaking channels), and sales enablement.

  •       Develop and execute programs to help educate brand advertisers and creative agencies about the branding opportunities available at Yahoo.

  •       Work with key partners, product and training teams to enable sales to effectively sell these solutions to advertisers through collateral development.

  •       Bring our messages to life by executing unique client events, industry event sponsorships, speaking sessions and webinars.


    Basic Qualifications

  •       5+ years marketing experience, including digital or B2B marketing experience

  •       Extensive knowledge of digital advertising industry and brand marketer objectives.

  •       Must have knowledge of the sales process, including working closely with sales teams and creating sales collateral


    Preferred Qualifications

  •       Ability to develop and execute on creative marketing strategies to meet desired objectives on aggressive timelines.

  •       Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and influential communication skills are critical to effectively lead and participate on cross-functional teams:  provide leadership, develop and manage project plans, prioritize activities

  •       Must be capable of presenting to and working with all levels of an organization

  •       Excellent writing skills

  •       Creative, high positive energy and an ability to execute

  •       Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
