Zaveta Custom Homes is seeking an Executive Assistant with a background in Construction. Zaveta is a high-end luxury homebuilder based in Doylestown.
The position would report directly to the Vice President and would be assisting with a number of tasks relating to the sales, permitting and the construction process. The following is an overview of some of the key tasks which the position will be responsible for:
- Schedule Management
- Task Management
- Dictation for letters and emails
- Permitting processing and management - experience a must!
- Construction plan file management
