About Vue Community Credit Union Our mission is to provide financial services for the individual needs of our members, meeting the best interest of their financial health, and striving to keep fees low and to return value to members. Vue Community Credit Union is a Bismarck-based credit union with world-class service offerings. Members of Vue receive personalized service and have access to their money from anywhere - through ATMs, credit cards, online transactions, telephone and e-mail correspondence. Who Owns Vue CCU? Vue Community Credit Union is owned by its members. Members are elected to the Board of Directors and various committees to lead the organization. How Can I Become a Member of Vue CCU? Becoming a member of Vue CCU is quick and easy. Simply stop by the credit union at either location and sign a membership card. Upon establishing a share account (savings) and depositing just $5.00, you own a share in the Credit Union and automatically become a member. Once a member, always a member. Membership Eligibility? Vue CCU membership is open to organizations and persons living within a 75-mile radius of Bismarck-Mandan and their immediate families. Who Runs Vue CCU? Each year in February, the members elect people to serve on the credit union board of directors and various committees. Each member is treated equally as each member gets a single vote to cast. At the annual meeting, the members also discuss and vote on issues, review progress and recommend future actions. Are Your Deposits Insured? Yes; your accounts at Vue Community Credit Union are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to $250,000.00 per account owner. Ownership simply means how funds are held and how the account is titled. IRA accounts are insured up to a maximum of $250,000.00.
