Insurance Sales Specialist
We are looking for a full-time self-motivated salesperson to join our team to help educate our clients and community about their insurance needs. The candidate will be responsible for sales, customer retention and helping to grow our agency.
Responsibilities:
* Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* Calling in book clients to make appointments to review coverages
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
* Managing agency website and social media content
* Work with the agent to identify and support local community events
* Work with the team to establish and achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
* Prior sales history
* Insurance licensing preferred but not required
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in multiple software environments
