Sales Manager

Key Objectives:
- Showcase deep knowledge of our products to represent the company effectively.
- Identify consumer needs and align them with our offerings.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a stellar sales team.
- Plan and strategize to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Learn our products in-depth and step in to sell when necessary.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
- Monitor sales quotas and ensure they are met.
- Attend trade shows, training sessions, and conferences, locally and out of state, to stay current in the industry.
Compensation: $51,800 - $61,560 starting salary, plus bonuses; 401(k) plan; paid time off; employee discount
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5 years of retail sales experience
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, etc.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
