Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte, CO, is seeking a full-time Marketing and Development Coordinator to lead efforts in promoting the hospital’s services through community outreach, fundraising, and brand development. The role includes developing marketing strategies, managing social media and website content, organizing health events, and cultivating relationships with local organizations and donors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, (Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Nonprofit Management, Public Affairs, Graphic Design) experience in marketing or fundraising (preferably in healthcare), and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with social media, digital marketing, and donor relations is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and sustainability of rural healthcare while making a direct impact on the local community.
