Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound and inbound sales, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of call center sales representatives to optimize performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
