Customer Service Representative Person will report to the sales associate and must be an efficient team player. - Proper phone and e-mail communi cation skills are a must. - Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Knowledge of UPS and FedEx processing is a plus. - Processing orders, forms, new customer applications, and requests.
