Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue across our print, digital, and broadcast platforms by identifying client needs and crafting customized, multi-platform marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises.

• Create and present integrated advertising proposals that combine print, digital (web, social media, email), and broadcast (TV, radio, streaming) solutions.

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research and stay current on media trends to identify new sales opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and measurable results.

• Collaborate with editorial, production, and digital teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Use CRM tools to track sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline development.
