Customer Support

We are hiring for our local office at Frank Callahan Company, we are an Industrial Distributor of Bearings, Belting and Power Transmission Products.  A full- time position 8-5 m-f with some Saturdays.  

The company is willing to train and promote your education in our industry.  Looking for a flexible, motivated and willing employee.   It's a hand's- on get it done office.  Job duties will be Customer service, answering phones, helping customers identify what they need with research and measurement mostly.  

Computer skills are helpful, The position is not limited to sales, it may also be to do general office duties as needed.

The office has a lot of interaction with the general public, so we are looking for a person who is Team Oriented, who can put orders in the computer, pull inventory from shelves, communication skills are a plus and an aptitude for Mechanical skills is a plus.  

Salary is negotiable and mirrored with your experience.
