Process Control Manager, Dynacast LLC, Lake Forest, CA: Manage production support and optimization to improve up-time & reduce scrap rates in casting, deburring, machining & finishing departments. Recommend /implement improvements. Evaluate designs & analyses by Manufacturing Engineers on time elements and costs; ensure training in effective use of technology. 3-year technology certification in related foundry program or in materials/manufacturing engineering technology and 10 year performing & troubleshooting die cast processes/tooling, including CNC machining, tumbling, thermal deburr & tapping; process engineering with hi-pressure casting; and integrating die cast cells & robot programming; OR 13 year experience in lieu of technology certification. Salary $138,632/year.
