Job Duties: Legal Analysis of Chinese/American business disputes; review of Chinese legal documents; Drafting of legal documents; Review and translation of legal documents between English and Chinese; And conducting legal research in California and Chinese law.

Requirements: 1. J.D. or LLM from an accredited U.S. law school. 2. Must have a law degree from an ac- credited Chinese university. 3. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English. 4. 2+ years experience in a litigation law firm Law Offices of Steven P. Scandura.
