Job Description

The Project Manager manages the production of print and digital materials associated with their account assignments. Ensures that all projects within their domain are on-time, on-budget, on brand, profitable, and meet client expectations. Additionally, that all campaigns within their domain adhere to corporate policies and procedures.

  • Work directly with client teams to understand overall business objectives and strategies and how each project interrelate with each other
  • Manage multiple projects for multiple clients with the ability to prioritize on the fly
  • Manage complex and vendor-dependent projects
  • Create and manage schedules and estimates, budget development, vendor sourcing and day to day execution and logistics of projects
  • Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality
  • Troubleshoot conflicts directly with all stakeholders
  • Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by maintain open lines of communication, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables
  • Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates
  • Ensure that all projects meet branding and strategic initiatives
  • Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow of agency project-related processes
  • Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project
  • Identify areas of optimization in process and project-related reports (status, financial)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills


  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, consensus building capability, influence skills and credibility with other functional areas and upper management
  • Proven track record of developing relationships through gaining trust and successful delivery
  • Must have strong planning and project management skills; be highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to communicate effectively under high pressure situations
  • Understands that one's actions affects others and the agency as a whole and acts accordingly
  • Ability to remain flexible and focused in an environment of changing circumstances
  • Demonstrated awareness of when to inform, involve and escalate concerns to management
  • PMI or other project management certification required
  • Highly computer-literate with practical experience utilizing project management tools

Required Experience


  • 2 - 4 years agency or marketing experience
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Demonstrated experience directing a variety of integrated project
