Come share who you are and start doing your life's best work.As part of our Application Production Support team, you will predominantly be involved in incident / issue resolution within SLA, root cause analysis, stability of the application and working on business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications.Primary Responsibilities:

Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Review incidents and assign to appropriate work group
Deploy and maintain Applications / Systems / break fixes
Accountable for second level application support, coordinating the involvement of business and / or UHG IT development resources in incident resolution as necessary
Support the Service Manager, who has the primary ownership of the application, to manage the health of the application

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of application development and / or support experience
3+ years of Web Service development experience using XML, SOAP, REST
2+ years of Oracle and PL / SQL development experience
Ability to be on call 24 / 7 to provide coveragePreferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience with IBM Unica Marketing / Campaign Suite including Interact
Experience with data models and data structures
Service Management Tools experience (like Service Now, HPSM, BSM, HP Perf Mgr etc.)
ITIL experience
Experience in scheduling software such as Autosys, IBM Tivoli
Health Care Industry experience Soft Skills:

Provide technical support and monitor application health
Comfortable working with remote teams
