Internal Marketing Communications Specialist Tarrytown, New York, United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful launch of a Field Corrective Action Portal (FCA Portal).
  • Concept and implement a marketing campaign over important B2B channels (Email, Marketing Automation, Sales etc.) to attract customers for a pilot in the US to ensure a broaden usage of this platform.
  • Possess outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively communicate with customers, partners and team members locally and globally.
  • Drive change management in the organization and convince management to support our program.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team, including marketing, QT, and IT to monitor and manage failures, enhancement requests and updates.
  • Responsible for project management activities including scheduling and defining risk, change, opportunity and other management activities for this project.
  • Support testing
  • Demonstrate technical as well as business understanding in software architecture of Document Library.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team.
  • Prepare training material and conduct trainings to enable colleagues and employees to use the FCA Portal.
  • Transition the FCA Portal internally.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required, experience is preferred over any degree specialty
  • 5 years experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product or Program Management for/of web based or digital products/ platforms
  • Expertise in copywriting, email marketing, lead generation
  • 3 years of project management experience for web based products/ platforms
  • Proven track record of problem solving skills, articulate & able to translate complex topics into simple terms
  • Superb leadership and communications working within and across organizations, including good stakeholder management, marketing, sales and Technical Application Organization
  • Ability to gain respect and cooperation of highly educated subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated exceptional program management skills with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve timely results
  • Detail-oriented to ensure that every aspect of the project is performed flawlessly
  • Can-do attitude, persistent, and ability to handle ambiguous situations
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel 10% - 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years in a multinational, big company in the healthcare industry
  • Experiences in launching a healthcare software application
