Location:          West Hollywood

We currently seek a reputable Marketing Manager for our Corporate office, supporting our multi-faceted operations.  

Reports to the Director of Marketing in the completion of tactical elements of projects for primarily catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead deployment of WPC marketing initiatives that drive top line sales, customer and client satisfaction, brand penetration and maintain brand standards.

  • Lead development of strategy and tactics for regional sales and marketing plans
  • Manage agencies to deliver on approved strategy and best practices for sales collateral, paid and earned media, including design
  • Brand management - maintain consistent image for corporate brand and micro-brands.
  • SEO and SEM
  • Gather and analyze customer insight, adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales to continually improve effectiveness and measurement of initiatives.
  • Identification and interpretation of key business trends and findings unique to the industry/service level.
  • Participate in budget development and support budget management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with unit directors and clients, sales team.  Attend quarterly client meetings when asked.
  • Experience with all Marketing tatics
  • Data Driven Marketer: Establish closed loop data analytics using Google Analytics, social metrics, sales database
  • Develop promotions and sponsorship programs with aligned partners.
  • Create marketing partnership with client marketing departments.

Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years marketing experience, with emphasis on integrated digital marketing
  • Sales-related experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign), Wordpress
  • Some video and photography experience
  • Multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with outstanding team and leadership skills
  • Able to speak and negotiate effectively with all levels of associates and management
  • Significant business acumen
  • Literacy of industry/technology trends
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing/communications/business or related field
  • Experience Managing agencies and designers
