The Digital Marketing Strategist will manage content for Principals websites, including designing layouts with UX designers and maintaining existing content. This role will provide input on the digital strategy and goals for the global websites, marketing automation campaigns, sales and service enablement, mobile and social media programs.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Design web pages for marketing campaigns and landing sights as well as managing current content on sights.
  • Interaction with IT, marketing, product, and compliance groups to create content that supports the overall digital strategy.
  • Consult with other departments, product groups and external providers as they gather, synthesize and format company and product information for digital delivery.
  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the content management processes across the enterprise.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing.


Skills required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent of 8 years experience.
  • 6+ years experience in marketing or digital marketing capacity.
  • HTML and CSS experience is required.

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other marketing automation platforms is preferred.  
  • Excellent planning/organizational, problem solving, presentation, and analytical skills required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and strong decision making skills required.
  • Advanced oral, written language and listening skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications, along with interactive design (CSS, HTML, XML, javascript, J-query, Flash), content management and usability required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
